PawRelay Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using PawRelay, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose

PawRelay is a daily dog and cat care coordination app. It helps users record routines, tasks, photos, symptoms, schedules, refills, and local summaries.

3. Not Veterinary Advice

PawRelay does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a veterinarian. Any symptom, refill, reminder, or vet-summary feature is for record keeping only. Contact a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns, urgent symptoms, medication questions, or emergencies.

4. Local-First Limitations

The first release stores records locally on your device. PawRelay does not yet provide cloud backup, account recovery, real-time family sync, or server-side family sharing. If you uninstall the app, clear app storage, lose your device, or change devices, local records may be lost.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the information, photos, notes, and schedules you enter. Do not enter unlawful, harmful, or private information about other people without permission.

6. Purchases

PawRelay Plus is planned as a one-time in-app purchase handled by Google Play. Purchase availability, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Google Play rules and the app store account used for purchase.

7. Ads And Third-Party Services

The free version may show ads through Google AdMob. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse PawRelay, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, interfere with ads or billing systems, or use the app in a way that violates law or platform policy.

9. Availability

PawRelay may change, pause, or discontinue features. Local reminders, sharing, purchases, and ads depend on device, operating-system, Google Play, and network behavior.

PawRelay is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
