PawRelay Account Deletion

PawRelay can be used locally without an account. If you sign in for Family Sync, you may request deletion of your PawRelay account and associated server-side data.

How To Request Deletion

Email hyunever100@gmail.com with the subject PawRelay account deletion request. Include the email address used for PawRelay sign-in and, if available, the user ID shown in the app. Do not include passwords, payment cards, or private credentials.

In-App Entry Point

Open Household.
Sign in to the Family Sync account.
Tap Request account deletion.
Send the generated email request.

What Is Deleted

After identity verification, deletion covers the Supabase authentication account, household membership, Family Sync operations and selected-pet data associated with the account, and related entitlement mapping where applicable. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.

We may retain a minimal record when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or Google Play purchase reconciliation. We will explain any applicable retention. Google Drive files remain in your Google account until you delete them in Google Drive.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete individual tasks, symptom records, care photos, schedules, and saved exports from their screens in PawRelay. Deletions of supported shared items are synchronized through Family Sync. To request deletion of other specific server-side data while keeping your account, email hyunever100@gmail.com with the subject PawRelay data deletion request and identify the data to remove.

Local Device Data

Delete local-only data by removing records in PawRelay, using the setup reset flow, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
